How to Use

Before you go to bed at night, tell a worry doll your worries and put it under your pillow. At dawn, your worry will have been taken away by the worry doll.

After Use

If it is a small worry, put the doll back in the pouch in the morning and let it rest; if it is a big one, such as one that cannot be held easily, bury it in a safe place properly.
