Didn’t get a confirmation email upon placing an order?

Order confirmation emails are automatically sent to you immediately after your order is confirmed. If you didn’t get a confirmation email please try checking your spam folder.

If you can’t find it in your spam folder, it may be because:

  1. Due to a provider issue, confirmation emails from us are not showing up in some inboxes (MSN and Hotmail users in particular).
  2. We were unable to contact you due to an error in the contact information.

Didn’t get a reply after submitting a Contact/Return Arrangement Form?

We usually reply to your enquiry within 24 hours on weekdays (or on the morning of the next business day) so if you didn’t receive an email please try checking your spam folder or email us anytime at hello@happymedium.co.nz.
