Q: How long will items stay in my shopping cart?

Your cart will keep your selected items for up to 48 hours. After that, the cart will automatically refresh and you may need to add the items again.

Q: Does adding an item to my cart mean it’s reserved for me?

Not quite. Adding a product to your cart doesn’t guarantee it will still be available later. Stock is only secured once you’ve completed checkout and payment. If an item sells out before you finish your order, it may no longer be available.

Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing my order – what should I do?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically as soon as your order is confirmed. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If it’s not there, it could be due to a few reasons:

  • Some email providers (MSN and Hotmail in particular) may not display our confirmation emails in certain inboxes.
  • There may have been an error in the contact information you provided.

If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please drop us a message at hello@happymedium.co.nz. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make sure everything is sorted.

Q: I didn’t get a reply after submitting a Contact or Return Arrangement Form – what should I do?

We usually respond to enquiries within 24 hours on weekdays (or by the morning of the next business day). If you haven’t received a reply yet, please check your spam or junk folder first.
