- Ashburton – $6.00 (postcode 7700 only)
- Orders over $100 – FREE
- Click & Collect- $0.00
Rural Delivery Fee – $6.50 per shipment
For rural addresses, a rural delivery fee will be added to the standard rate.
Dispatching & Delivery
We ship orders during our working hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed by 12 pm (with confirmed payment) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following business day, but will be dispatched the same day if possible. Shipping will be on hold on weekends and public holidays.
Typical delivery takes between 3 – 4 business days after dispatch. Remote and rural areas may take a little longer. Deliveries are made by Courier Post or Post Haste and a signature is required upon delivery. You can track your order with the tracking number on your shipping notice. There may be delays in delivery during holiday periods.
Your order will be shipped as a signature required parcel.
The courier will leave a card to call if no one is available to sign for the parcel.
International Shipping
We are currently not shipping outside New Zealand.
Click & Collect (pickup)
You can pick up your online order at our physical shop in Ashburton.
Here’s how…
- Shop online as usual and add your products to cart.
- At the checkout, select ‘Click & Collect’ as your delivery method and complete your order.
- We will send you an email with an order confirmation number once your order is ready for collection.
- Head over to the shop with your order confirmation number and collect your items.
